After several attempts to contact the ** of the location (who was NEVER available) via phone and email, I decided to go in person to settle this issue. They had been double charging me for my membership from the start and continued to do so for the next 3 months. I have been experiencing billing issues regarding this location since joining on. It's just a gym and I feel like I'd have an easier time getting ****** Pres on the phone I need my money back and I need **** to allow me to get on the phone with him this is so ridiculous. This manager doesn't take customers calls and this is an issue because they took money from me that they should not have. I told them that he's expecting my call and asked if he was really not in and she said he's actually in but on break. Today on 5/9 - It's now been a week and I still don't have an update and the funds are still not in my account. He told me he requested the refund and would call me to update me. I waited an hour and called again at which time the manager "****" answered and I told him the whole story and also let him know about the way ******* was treating me. Every time I called back ******* picked up the phone and then hung it up immediately. ******* refused to let me speak to the manager and hung up on me. He laughed at me and insisted that he help me request a refund to which I insisted I speak to the manager. I told him that I was not willing to speak with front line staff because it was a front line staff member who caused this issue to begin with and I didn't trust anyone but the manager to help me at this point. His tone changed from happy to annoyed and told me the manager wasn't available but he could help me. The front desk attendant who answered the phone's name was ******* and I asked him to talk to a manager. The attendant told me the cancelation was requested and that was all that was needed.On 05/04 I noticed that Crunch had processed a full years worth of payments from my checking account in the amount of $65.69 and so I immediately called them to get some help with getting my money back. Sometime in March I called Crunch Fitness and spoke to the front desk attendant when I requested to cancel my membership as I am no longer able to go to this gym due to time constraints. One email address was valid, but I never received a response. Each new address came from new phone calls to the Crunch Fitness ** Springs South Location. I went to great lengths to confirm that each address was copied and written down directly. The check never came, and when I tried following up with the manager, I was continuously ignored, and then given 4 different fake email addresses to contact. I was promised by phone and email from the manager that a reimbursement check would be processed and sent to my home address. Despite this, I continued to be unknowingly charged through November of 2022. I have the documentation below as proof of my cancellation. I cancelled my membership on March 14th, 2022. I had a gym membership with Crunch Fitness Colorado Springs.
